TRAINZ RAILWAYS

Trainz Railways is the latest instalment in the hugely popular Trainz franchise. Published outside the UK as ‘Trainz Classics’, this brilliant standalone train sim features the iconic Harlem line from New York and the conceptual ‘Metropolis’ route around an island city with trams and streetcars.

Designed to appeal to newcomers and diehards alike, Trainz Railways includes all the great features that have become the trademarks of the Trainz series. Virtual train enthusiasts can choose to drive the intricately detailed trains along accurate routes or they can choose to direct operations and oversee the running of their railway.

•Variety is the name of the game – players can use the Surveyor mode to edit the routes and, with Content Manager Plus, a huge array of user-generated content can be imported and managed within the sim.

•Harlem line stations and landmark buildings are faithfully modelled in accordance with real-world structures.

•Includes new train control features to enhance the realism of the experience.

•Features train-controlled sounds, lights and boom gates at built-in road crossings as well as automatic Train Protection options.

•Computerised in-cab displays with improved Heads-Up-Display options and a flexible cab signalling system.

•Comes with a new Freeway that incorporates one-way and multi-lane roads and remodelled roadway traffic with functioning headlights.
