Birmingham 2006

2006 was the first time IFC had held their show at the Birmingham NEC, UK. The event which was promoted as being the largest Flight Simulator event to be held of it’s kind anywhere in the world, took place on December 2nd and 3rd 2006.

Mark Silcock the man behind IFC was obviously delighted by the attendance over the two day affair, which saw more than 2,500 people visit, making it officially the biggest event to be held anywhere.

Astraboy.com would like to thank Mark and his team for a very eventful weekend, I am sure all who attended will take away some great memories.

Since this show took place a further event was held in the USA. This unfortunately was the last one, before IFC closed it's doors for the last time.
